About

The short version.

I'm a CPA, CA who started my career at PwC and Dream Unlimited, building a foundation in institutional real estate and capital markets. I spent time in the venture capital space as CFO of an autonomous vehicle startup before turning my focus to building a real estate platform of my own.

Today, I'm a Trustee and Director at Foundation Capital, a private REIT focused on multifamily real estate across Ontario's secondary markets. We acquire, operate, and improve apartment buildings — with a growing portfolio north of $50 million.

I'm obsessed with building systems that scale: AI-driven operations, automated investor relations, and technology that makes real estate management smarter. I write and create content about all of it.
